An Open Letter To Congress

Dear Congress,

First of all, I believe that you are all human just like myself, and as such I believe that you are innately good. I know you've done lots of good things throughout your life and I love you for that. I believe you approach most things with good intentions, and I respect that. Now that that's out of the way though, I feel like you've gotten off track a bit. Many of you have been blinded by greed and corporate sweet talking, and this has caused you to fail at representing the people who you've sworn to represent.

Light = Sound

Admittedly, I don't know what kind of practical use this understanding has, but it's something that has recently blown my mind. I figure maybe this can trigger an awakening in someone and maybe bring about some cool new technology of some kind. Simply put, it's the realization that sound and light are exactly the same things.

America Considering Guaranteed Basic Income?

I've been hearing about this idea being implemented in a few countries around the world, and it struck me as a very brilliant idea. So I got to wondering, if it could work in these other countries, why couldn't it work in America? The answer is quite simple really, it could.

Netherlands Closing More Prisons?!

Since 2009 Dutch officials have been working hard to rehabilitate criminals, and eliminate crime from their country. It's looking like they've been doing a great job too, because it's recently been announced that they are laying off another 3,500 prison staff, and closing more than a dozen prisons this year. I think there is a lot that other countries can learn from this situation.
